Hudson Valley Cover Girls provides professional wallpaper installation, wallpaper removal, interior painting, and deck painting and staining services throughout the Hudson Valley. All services are performed based on the scope outlined in your written estimate or agreement.
Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing before work begins or continues.
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation. Pricing may change if conditions differ from what was originally observed, including but not limited to wall condition, surface damage, hidden layers, or additional preparation required.
Estimates are valid for a limited time and are not guaranteed beyond that period.
Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area during scheduled service times. Delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or incomplete preparation may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Preparation & Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for removing personal items, wall décor, furniture, or obstacles from work areas unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
While we take care to protect surrounding areas, Hudson Valley Cover Girls is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, or items not disclosed prior to work beginning.
Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice. Payment is due according to the agreed schedule. Late or unpaid balances may result in delayed service or additional fees.
We reserve the right to withhold completed work or future services until outstanding balances are paid.
Satisfaction & Corrections
Our goal is to deliver high-quality workmanship. If you have concerns about completed work, you must notify us within a reasonable time so we can address the issue.
We do not guarantee outcomes affected by pre-existing surface conditions, structural issues, or materials supplied by the client.
Limitations of Liability
Hudson Valley Cover Girls is not responsible for damages caused by conditions outside our control, including but not limited to hidden defects, structural issues, moisture problems, or previous improper installations.
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
